Please read before booking
Our minimum call-out charge is £60. This applies to all bookings regardless of the number of items.
Please vacuum all carpets, upholstery and rugs thoroughly on the day of your booking prior to our arrival. Please also move any furniture that covers areas requiring cleaning. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in work not commencing and your deposit being retained as a non-refundable call-out charge.
We may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after your allotted time (e.g. 09:30). Please ensure you are available within this window.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the works. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal. Our system will not remove plaster, paint, cement, dyes, mould or mildew. Some stains may be permanent.
Please allow 24-48 hours for carpets to fully dry. Open windows and turn on heating to speed up drying. Do not place furniture back onto carpet until fully dry. Light vacuum only when completely dried.
Events beyond our control (floods, road closures, accidents, illness, Acts of God) may prevent us attending. In such cases we will re-book at a mutually convenient time at no extra charge.
We have a duty of care to provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse work involving hazardous biological materials including blood, sewage, mould, fungi, or animal waste.
All cleans include: pre-clean vacuum, eco stain removal treatment, eco sanitising treatment, eco deodorising treatment, low moisture shampoo clean/rinse, and high-powered blowers to speed up drying times.
