When you request a quote, make a booking or contact us, we collect the details needed to provide our service: your name, address, phone number, email address and details about the items or areas you would like cleaned. If you pay online, your payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Like most websites, our site also collects basic technical information (such as pages visited and browser type) through cookies and analytics to help us understand how the site is used.
We use your information to: provide quotes and fulfil your bookings; manage appointments and send you booking confirmations and reminders; take payment and issue invoices; respond to your enquiries; and keep proper business records. The legal bases we rely on are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements. We will only use your details for marketing where you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
We never sell your personal information. We keep invoices and financial records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. Booking and enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need it longer for an active booking, a dispute or a legal requirement. After that it is securely deleted.
