Room Size
A box room and a through-lounge are different jobs. Larger rooms take more time, more solution and more drying passes — hence per-room bands rather than one flat rate.
Condition & Stains
Light soiling is a standard clean. Heavy traffic lanes, pet accidents or set-in stains need pre-treatment and extra passes, which can add to the cost.

Access & Parking
